Paslay Group joined Kansas City, Mo., leaders, airlines, and representatives of architecture, engineering, and construction firms Feb. 28, 2023, to open the new $1.5 billion, 1.1 million-square-foot, Kansas City International Airport terminal. The new terminal replaced structures built in 1972 with a modern and efficient complex.

The Kansas City Aviation Department retained Paslay Group in 2018 to serve as the Owner’s Representative for the Build KCI Terminal Modernization Program. PG provided a team of highly experienced airport executives to expand the department’s capital program management capacity and assist leadership throughout delivery.
Paslay Group joined the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority in January to celebrate the opening of a new 200,000-square-foot Grand Lobby for Nashville International Airport. The program includes a consolidated 24-lane TSA security checkpoint, mammoth multimedia digital screens and visual art installations, and new concessions as part of Authority's BNA Vision redevelopment program.

Paslay Group has provided MNAA Executive Program Management services for the $1.4 billion redevelopment program since 2016. The Authority retained PG Advisory Services separately in 2021 to support the BNA Concessions Redevelopment Program and expanded the scope to include concessions planning, analyses, and development for a separate, eight-gate satellite concourse scheduled to open in Fall 2023.
The United Nations Educational, Scientific, Cultural Organization (UNESCO) honored Los Angeles International Airport in December with its prestigious 2022 Prix Versailles World Architecture and Design Award for LAX’s West Gates program at Tom Bradley International Terminal.

PG Advisory Services has begun a five-year engagement with the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority to assist in planning and developing a new concessions program in conjunction with the $1 billion MoreRNO development program.
Paslay Group welcomed two new team members earlier this year. Kacey Christie joins PG as Project Controls Manager assisting the Omaha Airport Authority on its Terminal Modernization Program. Lauren Meurlin joints the PG Advisory Services team as a commercial management expert consulting on airport concessions programs.
