5.4 INCOME TAX SUPPORT SERVICES

Bell Solutions offers Income Tax filing services for eligible CFO Service clients. Income Tax Services can include business and personal taxes.

5.6 TAX PLANNING SUPPORT SERVICES

Bell Solutions offers Tax Planning services for eligible CFO Service clients who utilize Income Tax Services. Tax Planning Services include two personal tax reviews per year, a tax planning portal, and support up to three hours per year. The processing of Quarterly Estimated or PTET Tax Payments may be completed by Bell Solutions as well.

• Changing tax preparers? If you will be using a different tax preparer to file your 2026 income taxes, please let us know. Tax Preparer Change Form

• Not current with your CFO Services? Please make sure Bell Solutions has the information for your 2026 tax preparer. Tax Preparer Form

• In order to best serve you, all CFO Support inquiries must be emailed to info@bellsolutions.biz. Do not send CFO Support emails to ebell@bellsolutions.biz. For your protection, please do NOT instruct your suppliers to send emails directly to Bell Solutions.

• NO DOCUMENTATION - NO GUARANTEE Complete financials supported by documentation are required to remain eligible for CFO Services, including financial and tax planning, income tax services, 1099 services, assistance with audits, CFO meetings, and more. Supporting documentation is required for Uncategorized transactions. Providing information, in lieu of documentation, for transactions included in your Uncategorized, will not be accepted. 

• Spring and Fall Meetings are held each year that align with annual accounting and compliance efforts. We encourage you to join us! Meeting details and calendar links are emailed throughout the year and are available on the Client Site each Spring and Fall. It is your responsibility to sign up for these meetings.

• Compliance is rewarded at Bell Solutions! Fees for CFO Services are determined at a rate subject to compliance. By simply adhering to the Terms of CFO on the Go, your billings will reflect compliance discounts each month. And we can keep your small business tax and audit ready! When the Terms are not met, discounts will be removed from your billings.
