Construction Update - Southbound closure of Stadium Way between Division Avenue to 7th and Commerce street. This closure will start on 5/31 and will be about 3 weeks in duration. The work will be in phases within the duration. Please follow detours and allow extra time to reach your destination.
Summer is a time of lazy weekends, long nights, and new releases for all of our favorite gaming franchise. So let's start with the big game in town...
It's Commander, it's D&D, it's Magic: The Gathering. This is the triple threat people! The prerelease is less than a week away (June 3rd-5th) and we still have plenty of tickets and product left.
This event will be different than others as it will be a commander draft. What does that mean? You can read about it HERE. But essentially players will be selecting card from a common pool to build their decks. I recommend that if you plan to participate you scan over the now fully spoiled card list (mythic spoiler is our go to). Or you can just kick in the door and draft by the seat of your pants!
Our regularly scheduled Magic: The Gathering events have also been seeing increased attendance and we would love to see you there too! If you have never played magic be sure to come in and get a welcome booster while supplies last. For those that don't know our events are as follows and they can also be seen on our Calendar.
Thursday is commander night at Terracrux Games this is a free event with no prize support. You bring the commander deck and a good attitude and we provide the pods to play in! Great event with a great community! We also have a competitive bracket if you want to test out your most diabolical deck designs!
Our Friday Night Magic event is a Pioneer format tournament with prizes going to first second and third. Turn our has been excellent so you are sure to get a lot of good games in with a variety of opponents.
Sunday we do a standard draft, Drafting is a format where you do not need to bring anything and you play with cards that you open at the event. It is very fun for new players or for those who are looking to get some of the new cards from the latest set!
You can also just come in and play as long as our table space is open and not being used for an event. We always encourage people to try and find games on our discord which can be access HERE!
