It is Testimony Tuesday! There are so many great stories of life change from camp this summer. I also want to remind you that there are six weeks of camp that churches come to Copass and plan their own programs. We receive stories of life change from them as well. Later this fall I will share some of those.
Today you're going to hear from our associational camps. I pray this refreshes your soul. Praise The Lord for what HE has done and continues to do in this ministry.
"Our (campers) were able to really engage in Bible study and church time, the consistency in what they were studying from Quiet Time to Worship to Bible Study and Church time really helped a lot of my kiddos who struggle with comprehension, but because it was all tied together they were really able to understand the big idea and how much God loves and chooses us, regardless of our insecurities, our setting, our stature."
"All of our kids had chosen Jesus prior to camp..... but we saw God move in their hearts during worship, invitation, and church time ... lots of tears!"
"Praise and worship is always great - our kids love worshiping at camp and I enjoy seeing them be free with their worship."
"One of my (campers) was having a hard time this year, she lost her grandmother, she's promoting out of the children's ministry and into youth, and she'll be attending a new school in the fall... She was falling behind in Bible Study one day because she couldn't keep up with her note taking, so after Bible study ended we approached Jeffri and Andrea (Bible study teachers) getting a copy of the slides. They really encouraged my student and affirmed her love of study and provided above what we asked for...My student came home so excited and equipped to continue to study God's word and use her coping skills as a means to grow deeper in her walk with the Lord, and to view her skills in a new light and as a way to honor God instead of feeling insecure and embarrassed about them."

Isn't it great to see specific stories of how The Lord is using this summer to change lives?! It is happening all around us. I'd like to challenge you to look for the place where The Lord is at work and join in.
