Congratulations to Mr. Christopher Willis, Hardeeville Junior & Senior High School Social Studies teacher! He was selected to be the Teacher of the Month by the Lowcountry Radio Group! They are owners of 104.9 The Surf, SC 103.1, 99.1/106.5 Pure Oldies, and 93.7 Easy FM. Monthly, they select a teacher to honor. The group was impressed with the submissions that they received on Mr. Willis's behalf.
Here are some of the submissions:
- I believe that Mr. Willis is an outstanding teacher because he goes above and beyond for his students. He's a teacher and a friend.
- Mr. Willis has been there for me both academically and emotionally. He understands his students. When I was having a bad day Mr. Willis was the teacher I wanted to see.
- Mr. Willis always checks on us to see how we are doing. He made taking US History super easy and enjoyable.
- Mr. Willis is the kind of teacher I'II remember all throughout my life. Him and all his corny dad jokes.
