The Board for the club consists of a President (and possibly a co-president), a first Vice-President, a second Vice-President, a Treasurer, a Recording Secretary and a Corresponding Secretary. The Board meets monthly, before the club’s monthly meeting. Board Meetings are open to all club members.
The Treasurer is responsible for oversight of club spending. Together with the other Board members, the Treasurer determines the budget for the upcoming year, pays for club expenses from the club checking account, provides monthly expense accounting to members, applies for raffle permission from the town, and submits required annual 501(c)(3) tax filings.
