Texas Elks Camp Sunday Check-In Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking for some volunteers to welcome our campers and their families, and expedite the Sunday check-in process. We have opportunity for two Elks Lodges per week to come to camp and help us. We need one group of five volunteers to work the luggage crew and one group of three volunteers to be the welcome crew.
Welcome Crew -
three volunteers will be stationed at strategic locations on our property to help guide parents when they arrive at camp to drop off their kids.
Luggage Crew -
five volunteers will help parents/campers unload luggage, tag the luggage and take luggage to the campers dorm room.
Dates - volunteer opportunities are available on
Sunday June 14, June 21, June 28, July 12, July 19 and July 26.
Times - 12:00 to 5:00, campers begin arriving at 1:00 pm and the last campers arrive by 4:00 pm.

We respectfully ask that you ensure that you have the number of volunteers needed before you sign up. There is no need to bring extra volunteers.
