Welcome 2020-2021 AMHA Skills & Goaltending Coaches
& Texas Jr. Stars Coaches
The AMHA is excited to announce some additions to our coaching team.  First, league wide we are adding skills coaching for both Texas Junior Stars and Texas Rising Stars.  We have some great partners in our community and in the spirit of making hockey as great as it can be, Smarthockey and The Hockeyco have joined AMHA to provide coaching to all our athletes.

Smarthockey led by Brad Mayer will lead all of our skills on the TRS and TJS side for our 10u and younger age groups. Darryl McArthur, partner of the Hockeyco will lead skill development of our 12u and older athletes for both TRS and TJS. Additionally, Peter Brady, partner of The Hockeyco will be our goaltending coach league wide supporting 10u and above for both TRS and TJS. 8u goaltenders training due to the rotational nature will be led by Brad Mayer as part of the core skills sessions. We are thrilled to have such great resources in our community and excited about the opportunities our athletes will get with this professional staff joining the league.

Secondly, we are thrilled to announce our Texas Junior Stars coaching staff. Coach bios are below. We are excited for the hockey expertise and leadership they will contribute. The 2020-2021 TJS season will be a great time to be a part of the AMHA and we are looking forward to watching the skill develop among all our travel players.
