Willie Nelson Bronze

The Willie Nelson statue, unveiled on April 20, 2012, at 4:20 p.m. stands at Willie Nelson Boulevard and Lavaca Street in Downtown Austin, Texas. Created by sculptor Clete Shields, the 8-foot bronze tribute celebrates the music legend’s lasting impact on Austin’s music scene.

Meeting your Favorite Artist

Wade Bowen shared that the first concert he ever attended was Alabama, and he finally had the chance to meet one of his idols, Randy Owen while in Nashville. Instead of asking for a photo, Wade seized the moment to express everything he wanted to say to Randy and thankfully someone snagged a photo of them.

Miss Thang to Perform the National Anthem @NFR

Kylie Frey will perform the National Anthem on the opening day of the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas on December 5th.

Hall of Famer

Mary McCoy, KVST/Conroe, TX host, Guinness World Record holder, and 2024 National Radio Hall of Fame inductee, will be celebrated with a special honor on her birthday (12/7). A bronze bust of McCoy will be unveiled at Conroe's Founders Plaza, followed by a festive birthday celebration. 

Round Two of Voting Begins 12/4

ROUND 2 VOTING for the 15th Annual T3R Music & Radio Awards begins on 12/4 with the top 10 nominees in each category. The Top 5 from this round will come back for final voting in January.

The awards will be handed out March 22-23 at Texas Live in Arlington, Texas. Everybody is welcome to vote and attend the event. Get details at TRRMA.net
