Family Affair

Hudson Westbrook achieved a monumental milestone by selling out his debut concert at Billy Bob's Texas on February 15, 2025. His family was there to share in the special moment. It's a rare honor for artists to make the iconic cement handprints or sign the wall backstage during their first performance at this legendary venue. However, Hudson's meteoric rise from an unknown artist to achieving millions of streams, sold-out shows, and breaking records granted him this unique privilege. Hudson will be performing his hit single "5 to 9" at the T3R Texas Music & Radio Awards on March 24, 2025 at Texas Live! in Arlington where he is nominated for New Male Vocalist of the Year.

Hudson posted on Instagram:

"I put out my first single on April 25th [2024] and honestly was just wanting to play the bars around Lubbock for some extra change. A lot can happen in 9 months… to say the least.

Y’all have given me the chance to seize an opportunity and we’re gonna keep on rolling.

Last weekend I had the chance to play at Billy Bobs… which I never thought would happen… and then y’all sold it out which is even crazier.

I can’t thank my family enough for keeping me grounded, my friends for understanding the “being gone” and everyone on my team. Most importantly… I thank God. I don’t think that I met the people I have, had the opportunities I’ve had or have the fans that I have on accident. It’s a lot bigger than me. He always has a plan."

Turnpike Troubadours have been telling fans that a new album is in the works for 2025 at recent shows according to a Reddit thread.
