The Texas Country Music Association Celebrated 2025 Industry Award Winners

The Texas Country Music Association honored 27 outstanding industry professionals at the 2025 Texas Country Music Industry Awards last night. Held at Rhinestone Saloon in the Fort Worth Stockyards, the event celebrated the talent and dedication that drive Texas Country Music forward.

Among the winners, Texas Music Daily was named Texas Country Digital or Print Media Outlet of the Year while Greg Sax received the prestigious Texas Country Music Industry Professional of the Year award.

Whiskey Lies & Alibis

William Beckmann’s new album Whiskey Lies & Alibis drops tomorrow, and he’s marking the occasion with a string of special events. He’ll kick things off with a CD release celebration at Lost and Found (Randy Rogers Bar) in New Braunfels, where the first 50 fans will receive a free signed copy of the album. Then on June 20 at 7 p.m., he heads to Canyon, TX, followed by his fourth performance at Billy Bob’s Texas on June 21. The lead single "Lonely Over You" hits radio next week.

Rich O'Toole is Chasing the Neon

Texas music artist Rich O’Toole is on the hunt for a piece of neon-lit history—those limited-edition Rich O’Toole Anheuser-Busch signs made by Bud Light. Only 12 existed, scattered across bars, but a few vanished or broke over time. Now, Rich wants one for his office wall and is offering cash to anyone who’s got one. Got neon? He’ll make it worth your while.
