The Future of Music

Payton Riley’s 2025 Young Artist Songwriter Retreat brought together an inspiring lineup, headlined by acclaimed Nashville songwriter Greg Barnhill, who led immersive songwriting sessions throughout the retreat.

Young artists worked side-by-side with seasoned mentors including Delaney Ann, Jesse Raub Jr., Hadlie Jo, Junior Gordon, and Payton Riley herself, fostering creativity and collaboration across generations.

Among the standout attendees was Texas Music artist Tristan Roberson, fresh off a NUMBER ONE single "Somewhere in Texas" and his current TOP 10 & climbing single, "One Night in Dallas."

Hosted by Texas-born comedian Steve Treviño, the evening features powerhouse performances from Lyle Lovett, Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias, Los Lonely Boys, Reckless Kelly, Bri Bagwell, Jamie Lin Wilson, and many more—all coming together to support flood relief efforts across the Hill Country.
