Born & Raised Festival Starts Wednesday

The Born & Raised Music Festival kicks off this Wednesday in Pryor, OK with Okla Homegrown featuring Cody Canada & the Departed, Stoney LaRue and Jason Boland & The Stragglers. The main event starts on Thursday with a stacked Texas lineup: Treaty Oak Revival, Cody Jinks, Wade Bowen, Parker McCollum, Randy Rogers Band, Casey Donahew, Hudson Westbrook, Josh Weathers, and more.

CMA Award Nominees Announced

The nominees for the 59th CMA Awards are out, with winners to be announced live November 19 on ABC.

Texas Music Superstar Cody Johnson scores nods for Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist, Song of the Year (“Texas”), and Musical Event/Music Video for “I’m Gonna Love You” with Carrie Underwood.

Miranda Lambert is up for Female Vocalist of the Year, and The Red Clay Strays land a nomination for Vocal Group of the Year.
