Texas is Reopening!

Many of you have expressed concerns as Texas begins reopening today. Today, we will share " Ways to Keep Yourself and Your Family Safe ".

Governor Abbott has also revealed the Phases for reopening,

in his report attached below:

Protect Yourself

Continue to Wear Your Face Mask in public. Cover both your nose and mouth.
Watch last week's video on "How to make your own mask" from Dr. Vital .
Continue Physical Distancing (Stay 6 feet apart from others).
Continue Hand washing after touching objects or people.
Use Hand Sanitizer with (>60% Alcohol) if you are unable to wash your hands

Make your Own Hand Sanitizer

You will need:

2 Parts : Isopropryl Rubbing Alcohol (91% or higher)

1 Part : Aloe Vera Gel (100%)

(Optional) Essential Oils or

Fresh Lemon Juice (5-10 drops)

1) Stir items together in a small bowl.

2) Place solution in 2 oz. refillable bottles to carry with you.

3) Apply to entire surface of hands, if soap and water are not available.

Protect Your Family

Don't be in a rush! Work at Home if you are able to.
Clean all the surfaces in your home that you touch when you enter
Call ahead to your favorite stores and restaurants to verify their hours and new policies.
Make a list before you leave the house with the items that you need. Avoid impulse buying.
Call your Doctor, and other Health Professionals to re-schedule any visits that were missed.
