Texas is getting cooler!

As things cool off in Texas, business is heating up at the NBSO. In September we visited the Netherlands with some representatives from the Texan life science and health sector, our intern is continuing his research for opportunities in the aerospace and aviation sector, and there are many exciting events coming up!
News from the Office

Erik Gerritsen, Secretary General at the Ministry of Health, will join us in Texas in 2019 for the economic mission to find opportunities for Dutch life science and health companies in Texas.

There will be networking opportunities and courses to learn about doing business with two of the most important countries for trade with the Netherlands over the course of three days.

Participants will have the opportunity to have one-on-one conversations with members of RVO and the embassy network to ask questions about doing business in their respective countries.

On  Road2USA & CanadaXL  you will find experts, experiential experts and a relevant network. The ambassadors of the US and Canada open the event. 

Then there is a plenary discussion with highly experienced representatives fro m the Dutch business community, political expert Willem Post and the American embassy.

After Mayor John Jorritsma of Eindhoven visited Austin to see how the cities can learn from each other, New Dutch Wave has organized a counter wave to the Netherlands for Texan entrepreneurs to join them for an event similar to South by Southwest.
