The Netherlands made a strong showing at OTC Houston, with NBSO Texas and NMT-IRO co-hosting a packed networking event and a round table on ‘Smarter Working at Sea’. Dutch companies showcased cutting-edge offshore solutions at the Netherlands Pavilion, highlighting their role in the global energy transition. 

In May, the STIB-US mission brought Dutch sports tech innovators from Dallas to Houston, ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026. From stadium tours to pitching at major events like the FC Dallas Innovation Summit and ION Houston, the Dutch delegation showcased bold ideas and built strong local ties.

A strong Texas delegation joined the World Hydrogen Summit in Rotterdam, with stops in Groningen’s Hydrogen Valley and the Port of Rotterdam. The visit highlighted growing transatlantic collaboration in clean hydrogen and included the launch of the Texas H2 Market Scan.

A Texas Medical Center delegation visited HLTH Europe in Amsterdam, deepening ties with Dutch health innovators. With roundtables, panels, and networking events, the visit strengthened the TMC–NL BioBridge and opened new doors for Dutch startups eyeing the U.S. health market.

At the Hydrogen Technology Expo in Houston, NBSO Texas visited several Dutch companies showcasing cutting-edge solutions across the hydrogen value chain.
