This fall has been a very busy season for NBSO Texas! Along with a growing demand for doing business in the region, we have been hosting multiple official visits, attending technology events, reconnecting with our local network and Dutch companies in Texas. And that’s not all: we are launching a new Water Tech report!

News from the Office
NBSO Texas hosted the visit of the Consul General of the Netherlands in Miami, Ruth Emmerink, along with the Head of Economic Affairs of the Netherlands Embassy, Bart van Bolhuis, and the Senior Advisor for Infrastructure and Water, Saskia Pardaans. The representatives visited leaders in Austin and Houston and exchanged experiences with Dutch companies in the region.

Texas launched a project for a future National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC). The Dutch company NXP is among its members.

Starting on November 8, foreign national air travelers to the United States will be required to be fully vaccinated and to provide proof of vaccination status prior to boarding an airplane to fly to the United States.
