Mind 4 Health: Text Messaging Service
To Join: Text Mind4Health to 65664
Mind4Health is a new text message service for caring adults that will help them nurture conversations with youth that build mental health. We’ll walk you through three steps to fill your mental health toolbox.

In the Respond phase, you’ll learn how to support youth with their mental health.
In the Heal and Grow phases, we’ll use our Indigenous lens to put things into context – sharing tips and tools to support your mental health.

The text messages include skill-building videos and links to help caring adults talk with youth about mental health, share tips for modeling self-care, and connect youth to mental health resources. Throughout the series, we share inspirational messages from Indigenous relatives, so you know you’re not alone.
To join, text “Mind4Health” to 65664
Community of Practice
In Case You Missed It: Community of Practice
Suicide prevention remains challenging among Native youth, as many do not disclose thoughts of suicide before making- an-attempt. However, youth may disclose feelings of stress, grief and depression on their social media channels. These public disclosures provide opportunities to identify youth and connect them to resources and support. View the super interactive CoP that previewed Mind4Health.
