To return items, all students should enter through the back gate off Epping Road. Students should NOT enter through the main gates off Cloyden Road as those gates will be closed.  Students will then proceed towards the staff parking lot by the library.

Students needing to clean out their lockers should park in the back near the 500 wing PRIOR to pulling around to the front of school.   Students needing to clean out their locker should do so quickly while remembering social distancing guidelines and should not congregate or remain on campus for extended periods of time.

Any remaining items left in lockers or on campus will be cleaned out by PVHS staff.
Station 1 :  Technology/Equipment return:  Please clean and place all technology/school equipment items in a bag with your name and student ID number clearly identifiable for our staff. Please label all equipment to be returned with your name and ID number clearly identifiable for our staff.

Station 2 : Book Return & Obligations : A staff member will meet you at your car to scan in any textbooks and collect any obligations or fines.  All textbooks should be placed in the trunk to provide for a contactless return process.  Please note that personal checks will not be accepted for any obligations.

Station 3:   Yearbook:  Yearbooks will be available for pick up and for purchase (limited availability) outside of the OAR. Yearbooks are $185 cash, money order, or cashier’s check only.   Click here  to participate in our “virtual” yearbook signing or  here  to learn more about it.

Please note: failure to turn in books, equipment, and/or pay obligation fines can result in you NOT receiving your diploma or yearbook.

Please remember to adhere to the following guidelines when driving through to drop off your items:
Prior to returning textbooks, we encourage all students to check their Aeries account to see what items are checked out to them by following this process here:
Additionally, AP summer assignments and all school reading assignments for next year are being updated on this website  here . Please check back later for more information on when students can come pick up any books or materials required to complete these assignments.
