Texting right from Eclipse!

Twilio Texting Integration Available in Eclipse

Twilio is a multimedia message service that allows for integrated web-based text messaging communications.

With Twilio, Eclipse users wanting to use the texting service are assigned a unique texting phone number. This number will be used to send and receive text messages with attachments. These messages are fully integrated into Eclipse and offer enhanced messaging capabilities, changing the way you communicate with your customers and prospects.

Sending Attachments and ACORD Forms

The following attachment types can be sent or received in a text message:

PNG
JPEG
PDF

ACORD Forms can be sent via text to customers directly from the ACORD List. Sending forms via text makes the fields unchangeable and combines the selected forms into one document.

Email Confidentiality Clause

An Email Confidentiality Clause can be added to all outgoing emails sent from Eclipse. To add this, go to Setup - Agency Specifications - General Agency Specs. The clause can be a maximum of 250 characters and will be included on each email sent for every Eclipse user.
