Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Grand Opening at Malis

Join us as we celebrate our fabulous new offices… and you, our TACC members… at our Open House & Member Appreciation Day on Thursday, September 8th.

The ribbon cutting ceremony is at Noon but feel free to stop by anytime between 12 and 6 p.m. to receive a gift of appreciation and delicious refreshments provided by our members… and take a free spin of our prize wheel! All the fun takes place at the TACC, 170 Dean St. in Taunton (parking is located behind the building). Not yet a member of the TACC? Join that day, or any day that week, and receive 3 months free!

Please register below if you plan to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Noon.

Everyone’s a winner when you donate a small gift card, discount coupon and/or company swag (no item too small!) to the Prize Wheel for our Open House and Member Appreciation Day on September 8th. The spinner gets a prize, and your business gets the exposure! If you have something to donate, please contact Lisa at info@tauntonareachamber.org

Think about the leaders you look up to – they can make leadership look so easy, but it isn’t. We live in a world where most employees are promoted based on their functional expertise but then are often expected in their new role to manage and ultimately lead others. Are these folks naturally good managers or leaders? What is the difference between leadership and management?

Have you ever wondered?

•            Other than my title, why should people follow me?

•            What do smart leaders do?

•            What is the best leadership style?

•            Does genetics play a role in leadership – what influence do I have over this?

•            How does emotional intelligence play a role?

Come and join us to discuss some of these mysteries.

David Meyerovitz is one of the top Bristol Community College corporate instructors on our Business Solutions and Partnerships team. He will lead this session for the TACC HR Group, which is intended to be informative and interactive. Register below.
