Dear Student Affairs Team,
Thank you to everyone for your active participation, and all who were able to join us for the June 27 Student Affairs Realignment Town Hall and this week’s Roundtable Discussions. We sincerely appreciate your time, thoughtful feedback, and continued engagement throughout this important process.
During the Town Hall, we provided an overview of the proposed organizational structure, shared how your input has shaped the recommendations, and discussed what implementation and a potential December 2025 go-live could look like. The Roundtables held on June 30 and July 1 offered valuable space for deeper conversation, additional questions, and identification of training and support needs.

Next Steps:
- The Student Affairs Change Management team, alongside Swim, will review all feedback and will be sharing a draft timeline and change management plan in the coming weeks.
- We will continue posting regular updates on the internal site, including progress on the timeline, what to expect moving forward, and updates related to job postings and hiring efforts.
- We are also compiling questions from both the Town Hall and Roundtable sessions, and responses will be shared soon.
