      Unsung Hero Award:

  Non-Profit Partner Engagement Award:

Foodnet Meals on Wheels

This year, UWTC introduced the Non-Profit Partner Engagement Award to recognize a non-profit partner that, through their active engagement, elevated the collective impact of UWTC’s work.

UWTC proudly acknowledges and extends gratitude to all the generous donors and volunteers who invested time and donations throughout the year to raise a grand total of $1,796,029 during the 2022-23 Campaign.

The funds raised will be used to support grants and initiatives addressing community needs across Tompkins County. The largest of these, the Community Care Fund grant, will provide $569,650 to 60+ agencies and programs that have been vetted by our team of community volunteer grant reviewers. These agencies and programs are creatively and collaboratively making a difference so that all of our community members may thrive. Another key initiative funded by the campaign is the UW/2-1-1 ALICE Program which provides direct financial support to working families in need. UWTC also passes many donations directly to specific agencies and programs based on donor designations.

As we start our new campaign year, we are excited by the possibilities ahead of us to better serve the needs of our community. Thank you to everyone who continues to help us meet our mission!
