This one is really personal.

Frank G. Tripepi, retired city manager and successful business executive, passed away June 19, 2022.

Frank was my family member, friend and mentor. He was the father of my wife, Nicole, CFO and co-founder of Tripepi Smith. He was married to his high school sweetheart Rhonda for 50 years. He adored my daughter and his only grandchild, Reagan. He was a giant in local government and made a lasting impact on the City of Rosemead and Willdan, as well as the careers of many. His loss leaves a big hole in our lives and the local government community.
