A Great, Big Thank You and Kudos to all the chamber members, volunteers and sponsors for making the June 1st 2024 Placitas Appreciation Day a huge success! And know that it would not have been possible without the efforts of all who set up, greeted, provided traffic control, gave out business and organization information and goodies, provided pizza, ice cream and water, and took time to break down and clean up the venue good as new at the close of the event.

Did you know . . . a benefit of chamber membership is to have your community event information posted to the chamber website Events page? Some of our members, like the library, Placitas Artists Series, Canyon Blues and Jazz, Wild Hearts Gallery have monthly events or exhibits posted. We would love to know if your organization is hosting a regular or special event that is open to the community. Just email to our webmaster with the details or a press release at least one month in advance of your event.
