which encourage peaceful communication and conflict resolution.
Say Goodbye to a Year of Conflict!

Dearest AACRC Family,

Thank you for a year of incredible effort in the face of obstacles none of us could have predicted, and triumphs few of us could have dreamed up! Who would have thought at the beginning of this year we would conduct mediations online, exclusively? But we have, we are, and we are doing so in record numbers!!!

We have truly created lemonade with lemons and it due to your willingness, grace and fortitude to dive into the technology and adapt to change that we have continued to thrive. I must admit when this all began, honestly my faith in how we would get it done was shaken.

Please rest this evening, tomorrow, and the weekend to relax, enjoy those you love, those who love you, and do something you enjoy (other than mediation). Unplug for the moment. We have lots of work waiting for you upon your return.

Happy New Year!

The Anne Arundel Conflict Resolution Center (AACRC) began in 1993 when a group of local citizens met to discuss violence and create a community-based solution. Today, the AACRC offers mediation, facilitation, and community conferencing services to individuals and groups in conflict. These services are free of charge to the residents of Anne Arundel County. We also offer training and workshops in mediation, anger management, and other conflict resolution processes.
We are a 501c3 organization and your gifts are tax-deductible.
