SEP 2025

As we are in the final stage of ArtsEarth's closure this month, I would like to particularly thank Andrew, Bill, Cindy, Greg, Nita, and those at Better (San Diego, California) for their ongoing support, crucial insight, and being there as we navigate this poignant final year of ArtsEarth. Also, thank you to those who either financially donated once to ArtsEarth or those who were stalwarts of our community here with their annual or monthly gestures of ongoing financial support, it made all the difference in serving the arts better far and wide!

I have met and worked with many in the arts communities, thank you: Art Vancouver (arts org), Audium Theatre (arts org), Bach Dancing & Dynamite Society (arts org), Barry Schrader (artist), CalArts (arts org), Center for New Music (arts org), cEvin Key (artist), Dan Rosenboom (artist), David Rosenboom (artist), Community School of Music & Arts (arts org), Dala’s Nest House Concerts (arts org), Destiny Muhammad (artist), Dirty Cello (artist), Elliott Stares (pr), Ensemble for These Times (artist), GLAS Animation (arts org), Goldenvoice (arts org), Gray Area (arts org), Hart Pulse Dance (arts org), Ivy Room (arts org), Joel P. Going forward, I will still be promoting the arts worldwide independently, though not daily and directing a nonprofit organisation (24/7). I will also be concentrating primarily on my own arts (music, visual) in the coming years and other endeavours in life, after 19 years of primarily juggling ArtsEarth from the beginning spark, while ending my second tour of duty at CalArts (2004-06). For those interested in still following me, I am here.

Giving: Ways you can still financially give to ArtsEarth online as we are in the final stretch just in case, and any financial balance left at the end of this closure will be donated directly to other arts nonprofits that we have been working with throughout the years and a decade plus of service to the arts worldwide:

Take care this week, attend/buy and/or create some arts yourself this season/year, and I am sincerely wishing you the best in your life as well.

Warm regards,

David Leikam
