Thank You for Attending the Family Medicine Winter Summit
Thank you for attending the 2021 Family Medicine Winter Summit on December 10-12, 2021 at The Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island. We are excited to share that this was the FAFP's largest attended meeting with more than 700 registrants.

As a reminder, please claim your CME credits by completing and submitting your evaluation no later than December 30, 2021. Credits will be reported to the AAFP and CEBroker in addition to the ABFM beginning, Tuesday, December 14, 2021. Please do not report your credits to AAFP/CEBroker as this delays the process in proper reporting to the state.

We hope that you continue to be engaged with the FAFP and we look forward to seeing you again at the 2022 FAFP meetings.
Gross Passes the Baton to Vey
Congratulations to Dr. Carrie Vey for being installed as the 75th President of the FAFP this past Saturday in Amelia Island. She takes over for Dr. John Gross who completed his presidency and leaves a strong legacy of leading through the COVID pandemic. Dr. Vey focused her remarks on the need to move "Forward" in 2022 in multiple ways, including advocacy, education, and the value the FAFP brings to its members. The upcoming Winter journal will have more from both Drs. Vey and Gross, but we would like to recognize them now for their support and leadership of our beloved Florida Academy.
