We were thrilled to host three engaging panel discussions that sparked insightful conversations and provided valuable takeaways. We hope you found the sessions informative and left with fresh ideas to bring back to your teams.

The day kicked off with a practical panel on "Selecting and Managing BPO Partners". This session offered an in-depth look at how to engage and manage the right outsourcing partners to optimize your customer experience (CX) environment. Ledia Dilo, Daniel Iannello, Leia Coughlin, and Denise Jones shared their personal insights on selecting, aligning with, and managing their  BPO partners to elevate their brands' customer experience.

We had an incredible day filled with learning, networking, and engaging discussions. The Connors Family Retreat and Conference Center, located on an 80-acre estate in Dover, Massachusetts, provided a picturesque backdrop with more than 50,000 square feet of event and meeting space.

Owned and operated by Boston College and situated fewer than 20 miles from Boston, the Connors Center offers a peaceful retreat in a conveniently accessible location, just minutes off either 128 or the Mass Pike.
