THANK YOU FOR CELEBRATING WITH HEALTHY RC AT OUR ANNUAL

END OF YEAR CELEBRATION

Thank you to those who were able to join us and celebrate all of the progress towards building a brighter future!

Over the past year, we’ve come together, not as individuals, but as a collective force – embracing the transformative power of health to change lives. Together, as Healthy RC Heroes, we're not just building a better tomorrow - we're inspiring hope and creating a legacy of equity and kindness. While the journey isn’t always easy, and progress takes time, together, we're making a meaningful impact, one person, one family, one step at a time. The future we're shaping starts with each of you, and we're excited to continue this journey together.

The City of Rancho Cucamonga deeply values our community partners for their dedication to create positive change. We look forward to our continued partnership in 2025.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR

OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP AWARDEES

This award honors individuals or community organizations that go above and beyond in serving others, fostering growth, and promoting collaboration to strengthen our community.

It's an honor to celebrate Community Champion, Jenny Gesiriech for her exceptional leadership and dedication to our community. From supporting unhoused neighbors during the Point-in-Time Count to fostering financial literacy, accessible programs, and community projects like a school garden, Jenny’s efforts have created meaningful and lasting connections throughout Rancho Cucamonga.

It’s an honor to celebrate Youth Leader, Shiraz Madar for her impactful contributions to health and well-being in our community. From advocating for tobacco prevention policies and leading anti-vape campaigns to organizing CPR workshops and promoting mental health awareness, Shiraz’s dedication exemplifies compassionate and inspiring leadership.

We are proud to recognize Wellness Ranch Equine Assisted Therapy for their outstanding dedication to mental health advocacy and creating a compassionate, healing community. Through suicide prevention trainings, mental health fairs, and unique animal therapy programs, they have profoundly impacted our community by breaking stigma and fostering connection.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR

COMPASSIONATE COMMUNITY AWARD RECIPIENT

The Compassionate Community Award is presented to an individual who embodies the culture of kindness through their work in the community.

We are delighted to present this award to Leslie Jenson for her unwavering kindness and dedication to serving others.
