For those riders who have not reached the minimum $100 fundraising goal, you will be charged a registration fee of $65 (regular registration) or $55 (early bird) on July 15, 2019. If you also raise $500 or $1,000 by July 15, you will receive our gym bag and/or jersey incentive prize. *Donations will be accepted online until July 13, 2019.*
We hope to see you back next year on June 14, 2020!
While we collect the last few donations and get ready to close the book on 2019, would we love to know your thoughts about this year’s Ride Don’t Hide. As a dedicated rider and a mental health champion, your opinion is critical to helping shape Ride Don’t Hide for the future. We’d be endlessly grateful if you would complete our 10 minute survey here.
A Big Thank You to Our Volunteers!
We had more than 60 volunteers help us have a safe and smooth ride through marshaling, directing, aid stations and cheering on our riders. We could not have done this ride without you!

Riders who raised over $500 and $1,000 and didn't receive their incentive prizes will receive their prize in the coming weeks by mail. If you are close to either amount, or the $100 level to have your registration fee waived, you have until July 13, 2019 to raise any final funds.
Ride Don't Hide raises awareness and funds that make a significant impact in our community. Your donation enable us to continue this work in our community, especially through our new Welcome Centre and Recovery College.
CMHA Calgary's Welcome Centre provides individuals, family members and the community with conversations to tools and skills to learn about mental health and wellbeing. In addition, visitors are provided with information about supports and services available for those with a mental health or substance use concern. Staffed by our Peer Supporters - those individuals with personal or family experience of a mental health or substance use concern - our Welcome Centre is open to everyone, with support available in person, through email or over the phone. No appointment necessary.
Using an educational-based approach, Recovery College offers courses to help people recognize and develop their own resourcefulness and awareness in order to support themselves or their loved one recovery journey. Everyone - family, friends, caregivers, professionals, and the general public - are welcome to attend our free courses on recovery and wellbeing. All of our courses are interactive, offer positive learning experiences and emphasize hope and opportunity.
