Become self-aware of your symptoms and boundaries. This may take some time, however, it is important to get to know some of these warning signs so you can implement coping skills. This may look like taking a day off or treating yourself to some self-care. Another tip is to set boundaries.
Have a supportive venting network, take care of your body through regular exercise, take breaks when you need them. Have some kind of vacation or fun thing on the horizon that you can be looking towards when discouraged.
