ALTCS Medicaid Application Assistance


- Our social worker, Taylor Mauhili, BSW, leads this service as authorized representative for clients choosing to opt for this service.


- We maintain a 100% approval success rate as we pre-screen potential applicants before charging any fee.


- One-time fee of $1,500, designed to be affordable for those without complex assets.



- Complete guidance through the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) application process.


Senior Well-Check Assessment


- One-time home evaluation service for $200


- Professional assessment of

in-home care needs.


- Provides families with clear insights into their loved one's living situation.


- Helps determine appropriate level of in-home support needed









We're proud to maintain 7-day-a-week availability for all seniors and families needing assistance, ensuring help is always just a phone call away. This commitment to accessibility has made us a trusted resource for a wide network of referral partners across our community, including:
