Greetings!

As you gather with your loved ones to celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to say thank you for being part of the Point Reyes National Seashore Association community. This year we welcomed 4,000 children and families to the park through our programs, inspiring the next generation of people who will love and protect the Seashore and the natural world. With your help, we offered generous scholarships and affordable programs to ensure that the Seashore is accessible to all. PRNSA helps to protect over 71,000 acres of public land and improves the experiences for over 2 million park visitors each year.

We couldn't do it without you.

I am so grateful for the support of the incredible team of staff, National Park Service colleagues, volunteers, and donors who help make PRNSA's conservation, research, and environmental education programs possible. It continues to be a team effort and ours is especially strong.

Our trails are open over the holiday weekend and the air is fresh from the rain. Please join us this Sunday as we kick off the holiday season and celebrate the 149th birthday and recent restoration of the Point Reyes Lighthouse . I hope to see you there.

Happy Thanksgiving!
