Did you know that an RPR and clean compliance say nothing about whether, for example, a secondary suite is properly permitted with a final inspection and occupancy certificate? Giving your client comfort on permits is a whole different diligence search. If your client wants certainty on the permit/inspection side of things, that is a search that needs to be done at the Safety Codes section of any municipality.
