Thank you to all attendees of the 2022 Family Medicine Summer Forum. We hope that the learning experience was enjoyable and worthwhile for you as it was for the FAFP leadership and staff.

As a reminder, please claim your CME credits by completing and submitting your evaluation no later than September 10, 2022. CME credits earned from the meeting will be reported to AAFP and CE Broker within 30 days, provided you have completed and successfully submitted the evaluation. Please do not report your credits to AAFP/CEBroker as this delays the process in proper reporting to the state. The AAFP is currently experiencing technical issues with the CE Broker reporting platform, so there may be a delay in seeing your CME credits in the system. We appreciate your patience while this issue is being resolved.
