CIP Finishes is a specialty construction firm that handles all aspects of interior hardware in multi-family residential and related projects. Let us bid your next project. We have the experience you need, and a reputation you can trust.

To our customers: We are here because of you.

We at CIP Finishes are deeply grateful to be able to perform quality interior finishing work for some of the top general contractors in the business. We remind ourselves and our team of the strong gratitude we feel for our customers not just at the holidays, but every day. A prominent feature at our Stafford County headquarters is a bulletin board where we proudly display the logos of all the contractors we have the pleasure to serve. This year, we’ve been grateful to be able to add a few names to this board, and others have been working with us for many years.

We have worked alongside many of our customers for long enough to have experienced the highs and lows that economic shifts have brought to the multi-family construction industry. Our longstanding customers know that no matter what challenge the market throws our way, we can be counted on to roll with the punches, get the work done and adapt our operations as needed to keep projects moving.

Every time we have worked through an economic slowdown, we used the opportunity as a chance to double down on the fundamentals that have made us popular with our clients. Those are expert installation, quality control, the ability to work under tight time constraints and the deep knowledge of products that our specialization in the multi-family industry has allowed us to develop over nearly four decades.

No matter what 2024 brings us, we don’t want to start the year without taking the time to say THANK YOU to all of our customers. It is truly our pleasure to work for you.

CIP serves multiple markets

Expansion is in the air! Our friends at CCG Residential Construction have expanded their operations in the North Carolina market since entering the Raleigh-Durham area in 2022. Clark Construction has a new office in Richmond. And as our general contractor partners spread out their physical footprints, so has CIP Finishes. From as far north as Aberdeen, MD, and south to Norfolk VA, you can find high-end finishes sourced and installed by our experts in more than 100,000 residential units. Here are some recent highlights from multifamily construction hotspots around our geographic footprint.

  • In Frederick, MD., CIP Finishes is working on one of the city’s largest senior affordable housing complexes called The Cascades. The Morgan Keller project will bring 151 units to the area’s residents, age 62 and above. It’s a great project, right in Morgan Keller’s hometown!
  • Speaking of hometowns, we haven’t neglected our own. The Vakos Cos. And L.F. Jennings have worked hard to bring William Square to downtown Fredericksburg, Va. and we were glad to be a part of that work. Schedule a tour and see the high-end finishes we recently installed here.
  • To the west, CIP is currently working on North Pointe in Charlottesville, Va., with general contractor Moriarty. It has mountain and river views, but the interiors are just as special—we are seeing to that.
