First, let me just say THANK YOU to my clients, colleagues and friends for an incredible 2019.
Brit and I always say that our jobs are so rewarding because we truly like and respect our clients. The vast majority of our business comes from word of mouth referrals from our existing network; in short - great clients send us great clients.
Of course, a job this fast-paced and (often) stressful isn't all sunshine and roses. I haven't closed every listing that came my way, nor have I found every single buyer their dream home (yet...). I have been challenged in many ways, but it's made me a better broker and I welcome the challenges that come my way in 2020.
All in all, this was my most successful year yet in Portland real estate and I officially ended the year as Portland's #1 condo broker.
Looking ahead, I have a few goals for the coming year:
Finish my Annual Portland Condo Report by the end of January (Brit, I promise!)
Be a dedicated mentor to the newer members of the Vitalius team as they look to build their own careers
Take some much needed time somewhere sunny this winter
And of course, spend more time with my family. In fact, I think I am hitting two of these goals at once in Key West at the end of February....
I hope you all had a wonderful and low-stress holiday season, and I can't wait to connect in 2020!

2019 VITALIUS HOLIDAY PARTY
Thanks for Celebrating with Us!
Thanks all of you who attended our holiday party on December 10th at Portland House of Music - it was wonderful to see old friends and so many new faces.
With everyone's busy schedules it's nice to take some time and celebrate accomplishments, relationships and how lucky we are to all work together in this beautiful place we call home.
If you were unable to attend we certainly missed you - and for those of you who were there we hope we got a few good snaps with you. We've included a few fan favorites here and a link to the full gallery below.
The last unit to sell at The Hill Yard - a lovely 1st floor unit with 2 bedrooms, a den and 2 full baths. My team and I worked tirelessly over 2 years to see this 6-unit project through to the end! It's been a lot of fun watching the owners move in and make this little Munjoy Hill community their own.
An adorable single family home just a stone's throw from the entrance to Willard Beach. This quick sale was almost derailed by a boundary dispute - luckily we had dedicated buyers who weren't going to lose out on this gem!
Info via the PPH: "TempoArt, a privately funded art agency, commissions artist Jesse Salisbury to create and install a granite-and-basalt piece this spring. He will spend his winter splitting, shaping and sanding massive boulders of granite and basalt at his workshop in Steuben and install them in late spring at Fish Point along Portland’s Eastern Promenade in a temporary art exhibition."
