NEXT YEAR: Next year's event will be held on March 7, 2027 or March 14, 2027.
We're waiting for Town of Oro Valley approval for our proposed date, but we've already opened registration for next year's TMC AZDC. As a way to thank you for doing the event this year, you can use the discount code "AZDC2026Reward" for an additional $10 off the current early-bird pricing through the end of March. You can register here.
Survey: If you could spare just a couple of minutes (really, just several minutes!), we would love for you to complete a short Participant Survey to help us know what we did well and what we can keep working on for next year.
And if we missed anything or if you have any other comments or questions about the event, contact Race Director Randy Accetta at randy@runtucson.net.

RESULTS: Check out the race results page here: see your time, download a finisher's certificate, and watch a video clip of you going through the finish line!
AWARDS: If you earned an award but didn't pick it up at the (easy-peasey, fun-filled) Awards Ceremony, you can head to The Running Shop at 3055 North Campbell Avenue to pick it up through the end of March, 2026.
Not sure what the award categories are? Check out this page.
MISSED THE RACE? If you're local and missed the event you can still pick up your race shirt at The Running Shop, 3055 North Campbell Avenue. Shirt sizes remaining currently include unisex Medium, Large, XL, and XXL. If you have not worn your shirt and want to swap sizes, swing by The Running Shop and see what sizes are left that fit better. (Unfortunately, we cannot mail race items.)

With three races, there was some great running from top speedsters and age group podium placers. Remember to watch the finish line videos on the SAR results page.
5K: Last year's half-marathon winner Spencer Kirsteatter dipped down to the 5K to set a new course record in a speedy 15:41. Stephanie Pierce set a new women's course record with her winning time of 18:16, continuing her recent regional win streak. Both Spencer and Stephanie run for the Tucson Track Club.
Quarter Marathon: Abner Castro ran 39:49 to take the overall victory, while Tracksmith's Kendall Accetta came all the way from Boston to snag the first overall female prize in new course record 39:57, good for second place overall.
Half Marathon: Local standout Jose Delgado took the victory in the Half Marathon in 1:12:30. Claire Hans continued her hot streak with the win in a time of 1:31:48. Both Jose and Claire run for The Workout Group.
Chair Duo: The two Chair Duo teams included first place Luke Senner and Michelle Nolen from Tucson, representing Team Hoyt.

THANKS TO ALL WHO DONATED!
The mission of St. Luke’s Home is to provide enriching, affordable care and support for residents ensuring their well-being and participation in an assisted living community.
St. Luke’s Home has long been part of the Southern Arizona Roadrunners community and we’re grateful to them for all they do for the region. Learn more here.
From Abele to Zink, we're grateful to these folks for directly donating a collective $2,612 to St. Luke's Home. SAR will contribute an additional amount from net proceeds, so we anticipate this race raising upwards of $10,000 for St. Luke's Home this year.
Thank you, Cheyenne, for your enthusiasm and generosity in singlehandedly raising $250 for St. Luke’s Home and supporting the low-income seniors who live there.
