"Little Lamps for my City"

James, the brother of Jesus, made it simple for us to know how to please God: take care of widows and orphans. At "Lamparitas para mi Ciudad" orphanage in Juarez, Mexico, we are doing exactly that.

Mirta, the leader of this orphanage, has poured out her life to bless children who have experienced trauma, abuse, and loss. And she, herself, has experienced great loss--she is a widow. But Mirta turned to the Lord, and her grief transformed into compassion for orphaned children.

I had the pleasure of visiting Mirta, and seeing the beautiful, safe environment she has created for these children. In addition to bedrooms, dining area, and computer lab, there is a small church where they worship the Lord together. This is where the children learn that the love they see in Mirta is from Jesus.

Outside the Bowl is so proud to provide daily meals for the children of "Lamparitas." Thank you all for your donations that enable Mirta to fulfill her calling to give these children the care they deserve as children of God.

Joy in Limpopo

We recently received a thank you video from a ministry in Limpopo who has seen their children transformed by eating VitaKidz every day. OTB designed VitaKidz precisely to provide the protein, carbs and vitamins that a child's mind and body need to properly develop, so we love to hear and see tangible results.

The ministry leader said "the children are improving and are very strong, even their health is improving as you can see, thanks to the power of VitaKidz porridge. It is so delicious and is so easy to make. Thank you very much."

Limpopo is in the farthest northeast region of South Africa, about as far as you can get from our factory in Paarl. But thanks to you, we have been able to faithfully send them the VitaKidz they need.

Join us in praying that God would continue to show us in what regions and countries He wants us to reach more children with the nutrition they need in Jesus' name, no matter how far away. The results are always worth it.
