My name is Aaron Snodderly, the TSEA Membership Recruiter you recently spoke with at the APSU Benefits Fair.
I want to begin by saying thank you for your service to the state of Tennessee. People like you make our state a better place to live.

This year our focus is on serving our members in higher education by offering experienced advice and answering questions about insurance and TCRS retirement. TSEA’s legislative focus will be on securing funding for raises and making permanent the $100 match on the 401(k). TSEA initiated landmark legislation in 1982 to make Tennessee state and higher education employees one of the few groups to receive an employee match on their 401(k), and we are excited to work on expanding this great benefit.
