Operation Christmas Child
The KCR team again held its annual Operation Christmas Child event.

Each year our team assembles several shoe boxes packed with small toys and necessities for children in need around the world.

The shoe boxes are taken to a local church for distribution. This is a heartwarming team-building exercise that our staff enjoys and looks forward to every year!

Don't Let Snow and Ice Melt Ruin Your Exterior!
Winter weather has arrived in Kansas City! Soon it will be time for your snow removal contractors to spread salt around your building exterior to prevent accidents and protect occupants and visitors. However, the salt they commonly use can be highly corrosive to many of your exterior surfaces.

When ice melt is not cleared away from your metal, bronze, stainless steel, aluminum or anodized aluminum siding, corrosion begins. These photos show advanced levels of corrosion when problems aren't addressed.

The common dry non chloride deicers that are used to avoid corrosion are CMA (Calcium Magnesium Acetate), sodium acetate and urea. If the price of non-corrosive deicer exceeds your budget, there are some steps you can take to minimize the corrosion process and avoid costly repairs.

Thankful For You!
The team at KC Restoration would like to thank all of you for your loyalty and entrusting us with your projects, spaces, and buildings. We hope your Thanksgiving is a happy one and you get to enjoy a break with good food and company!
