Harvest 2021 is finished! We have processed over 60 tons of fruit (That's over 120,000 pounds of grapes!) New tanks came just in time to store this bountiful harvest! There will be lots of new and exciting wines coming out this next year! Josh and Derrick have been working non-stop the past 4 weeks. They are currently "babysitting" the wines as they go through fermentation. The next step will be moving the wines into a new vessel for aging (oak, stainless steel, etc.). They have also been busy cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning!

Rachel is ensuring every square inch of this tank is clean and ready for your 2021 vintage.
