Hello again! We hope this finds you and your loved ones well and taking good care of each other. As we near the holiday season, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on our gratitude and give thanks to some friends of the Free Books Project.

We were fortunate this week to host a reading by María Del Pilar Rodríguez to a group of children from the Kids Alley after-school program. Despite having just been in school all day, the kids listened attentively as María read from her fun and educational book De los Cuentos a las Cuentas. Thank you to María and to the Kids Alley crew for spending a lovely afternoon with us.

We are also feeling thankful to Gavin Grant of Small Beer Press for donating some of their beautiful books to us.

One of our pop-up library regulars, Anthony, is (clearly!) loving their titles already:

Thanks as well to Julie at Inkwood Books and the Domenica Foundation for the selection and purchase of books in Spanish to help us better serve Camden's Latino community.

We genuinely love what we do, and we would not be able to do it without the generous support of these folks and so many others.
