Ian and Lisa Hoffman joined the AS community a year ago after receiving the diagnosis of AS for their son, Heath. They quickly integrated into the community in a variety of ways, including hosting their inaugural Hole Out Fore Heath Golf Tournament in New Smyrna Beach, Florida last weekend.
