Every season goes faster. It's hard to believe this is the last week of our 16th Summer Season. Thank you from myself, the Fresh Fork staff, and all the farmers for your support this season.
For those joining us for the winter, we'll see you next week. For all others, we hope to see you again next summer, or during the holidays with any of our special offerings such as Thanksgiving turkeys or Christmas hams.

Halloween is this Friday and so is Trick or Treat in many communities. Your spooky little ones are welcome to come scare our staff as well! All other stops will run at the usual time.

Fresh Fork in the winter isn't all kale and turnips; it's a chance for us to show off how we have been planning ahead all year.
Our winter program is a bigger bag, and after Thanksgiving it is every-other-week. The season starts out with cold hardy crops, transitions to more meat and storage crops, and ends with more prepared items. We have fun over the winter with projects like our farm-made quiches, pepperoni rolls, ratatouille, soups and more.
Here are the winter highlights:
