Career Mentor Program 2017-2018
The Career Mentor program matches local volunteers with middle school students. The goal of the mentor program is to help students develop decision-making skills that will aid them throughout the rest of their school years and help them choose a career path that fits their needs and their interests. We are looking for mentors that can dedicate one hour per week during the 2017-2018 school year.
To get involved
:
- Participate in one day of Career Mentor Training
- Become a board approved volunteer
- Dedicate 1 hour each week during the 2017-2018 school year
- Attend quarterly check-in meetings to support progress

Here are the guidelines:
Applicants:
- Must employ 10 employees or less full-time
- Must be a member of BACC in good standing for at least one calendar year by the deadline for the application
- Must complete application and return to BACC office by deadline.
- If awarded, Must return a report of use of funds by the deadline..
