Thanksgiving Eucharist Service
On Thanksgiving Day, the Evanston Episcopal Saints Matthew and Mark are joining St. Luke for a Eucharist service, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.!
Interfaith Thanksgiving Service
Join the Interfaith Action of Evanston Annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service! Dino Robinson, the founder of Shorefront Legacy Center, is the keynote speaker; David Lorson, Music Director of First Congregational Church of Evanston, will be leading the Interfaith Community Choir.

Social Justice & Outreach
St. Mark's is committed to working with God to create a better community and a better world. God is at work in our world and St. Mark's parishioners seek opportunities to join God's mission in their daily lives - at school, at home, at work and through a variety of social justice and outreach initiatives. Following are just some of the ways in which St. Mark's is involved in the community in helping to create a better world.
Christmas Basket Update: Donors Still Needed!
All of our families have sponsors! Thank you to those parishioners who have adopted an individual, family or donated gift cards.

We still have openings for donations of $15 Jewel/Osco gift cards. Please check the display and information sheets in the parlor. A clipboard is on the table to signup for cards. Share the beauty of the season! This program is sponsored by ReVive Center for Housing and Healing, a ministry partner of the Episcopal Charities and Community Services to bring Christmas gifts and grocery cards to Chicago low-income families and senior citizens. 

All gifts and gift cards will be due on or before Sunday, December 2nd. Email Donna Richardson, or call her 847.712.0705 with any questions.

Midweek Lunch: Come Join Us!
Each week, volunteers from St. Mark's and St. Matthew's work together to prepare and serve meals for our neighbors who struggle with hunger and homelessness. On Tuesdays from 6:00-6:30 p.m. volunteers prepare sandwiches. On  Wednesdays, volunteers gather in Cunningham Hall from 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. to set out food and beverages, serve the meal and talk with our guests. Contact John for more information !

181st Annual Diocesan Convention
November 16-17 in Lombard
Convention is the annual business meeting of the diocese, during which we elect leaders, consider resolutions and hear reports from across the diocese and the wider church. More than 500 people attend the convention each year.

The St. Mark's convention delegates this year are Ted Richardson, Andy Howard and Beth Johnson; alternates are Chris Schultze and Allison Ashley.
