Savory Slow Cooked Autumn Favorites

Chef Glenn brings the bountiful Autumn harvest to the table with slow-cooked specialties that are sure to please.  Slow-cooking brings forth full, rich flavors.  Prime meats, fresh fish, and an exciting collection of game offerings are complemented by numerous unique daily creations.  A sample of our new Autumn menu additions (below) are complemented by these favorites: Crab Crepe with a Caviar Beurre Blanc, Cast Iron Seared Artic Char with Herb Potato Gnocchi, and  Chicken Involtini stuffed with Parma Ham, Roasted Peppers, and Gouda Cheese - mouth watering indeed.

Our wine cellar is the perfect gift this holiday season. Before our fireplace you see our very special featured wine from Argentina - Achaval Ferrer Malbec. Grown in the high mountain elevations of Mendozza, it is crafted from a small single vineyard.  The Wine Adovcate describes it as having a "mouthwatering finish."  Achaval is part of our expanding wine cellar adding new wine regions for the holiday season.
