As we farewell this year, we want to say how grateful we are to each of our customers for sticking with us during these past months as together we navigate these unusal times.

We have seen a few ups and downs in the flooring industry over the years. Through it all, we have stood by ready to assist our customers and the current challenge has been no exception. We feel extremely fortunate to have you by our side.

RFMS Wins FCN's Award of Excellence
RFMS was awarded winner of the Technology category at the Awards of Excellence dinner hosted by Floor Covering News and The International Surfaces Event in Garden City, New York, on September 30, 2021.
The Award of Excellence is voted via a survey sent to retailers, manufacturers, and vendors throughout the flooring industry. This was the 25th Anniversary of the awards celebration; however, this was the first year to include Technology as a category.

RFMS was recognised as Best In Class for Technology in the flooring industry. Representatives from the top manufacturers and suppliers were present, and Madeleine Bayless, President and CEO of RFMS, said, "It was a privilege to accept the award on behalf of all the team members at RFMS who make our products and clients so successful!"
Chris Ogden commented that the award reinforced RFMS Australasia's experience distributing and supporting RFMS products; “every day we have thousands of people across Australia and New Zealand using RFMS products to help them be more effective and successful”.
